Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on system of treatment that offers symptomatic relief for a wide array of dysfunctions and disabilities. Rooted in the craniosacral system, which comprises membranes and cerebrospinal fluid enveloping and safeguarding the brain and spinal cord, this therapy extends from the bones of the skull down to the sacrum or tailbone.
Given its intimate connection with the brain and spinal cord, any imbalance or restriction in the craniosacral system has the potential to induce sensory, motor, or neurological disabilities. This includes but is not limited to chronic pain, learning disabilities, headaches, migraines, and various other health issues.
Craniosacral Therapy can also provide relief for infants, addressing symptoms such as colic and sleeplessness.
